    Kasese Woman MP meets up Kasese market venders

    The Kasese district Woman Member of Parliament, Hon. Florence Kabugho has expressed concern over the newly introduced position of a market master who by policy is the chairperson of the market.

    Addressing members of Kasese central market Kitenge venders association during what the Legislator called a ladies outing at Kasese Resort Hotel in Kasese municipality yesterday, Hon. Florence who was responding to concerns by Mr. Safari Martine, the local council three chairperson for central division, described it as a conflict of interest for a civil servant who in such a case is supposed to guide the local traders’ leadership, is the one to head businesses whose ever changing dimensions he may not easily understand.
