Hon. Dr. Crispus Kiyonga, the former Minister of Defense has described the retired Commissioner of education, Mr. Baritaz Benson Kule as a resource that the educationists in Kasese district should make use of.
Dr. Kiyonga said for Mr. Baritazale, the retired Commissioner Secondary Education Standards to hold the position without any queries related to his service, is an indication that he served on merit and therefore, a consultant of education.
