The Kasese Resident District Commissioner, Lt Joe Walusimbi has threatened to lawfully deal with security operatives whom he blames for unnecessary application of excessive force while implementing curfew time and other guidelines against the spread of COVID-19 Pandemic.
The Kasese RDC`s warning comes shortly after the death of Mr. Selevano Thembo Bisusa of Kabwirisoke village in Nyakiyumbu Sub County in Kasese district who reportedly died of body injuries he reportedly sustained as he attempted to avoid security arrest for riding beyond curfew time.
