Don’t be misused, be a filed officer and not an office attendant if you were to deliver to the locals, said the Kasese Resident District Commissioner, Lt. Joe Walunsimbi as he handed over office in Mpondwe-Lhubiriha Town council to Lt. Maate Magwara, his Deputy in charge of Bukonzo county.
Lt. Walusimbi later revealed that the appointment of his deputies was basically cause effective and quick solutions to the demands of the local community for purposes of enhancing service delivery to the community.
He asked Lt. Magwara to be very careful with individuals who may misuse him for selfish motives but give enough time to the community so as to understand their needs. Lt. Walusimbi Speaking………
