The Head Teacher Railway primary School in Kasese Municipality, Mr. Kiribyunza Selvano has been arrested over abuse of office.
Kiribyunza was arrested on orders of the Kasese deputy RDC in charge of Busongora County, Mr. Zephanus Mubingwa over allegation that he denied examinations to a section primary five pupils over school dues.
