Mr. Asanairi Bukanywa, the Kasese Municipal Agricultural extension officer, calls for alternative agricultural activities by the local residents who cannot ably rare domestic animals that end up turning into a problem to the community.

He said loitering domestic animals have not only littered the environment, disrupted the beauty of Kasese Municipality but cause accidents that end up threatening lives.
Speaking to our reporter last evening, Mr. Bukanywa who was concerned about the destructive loitering domestic animals, anticipates a number of disputes against some local residents who are not willing to practice zero grazing as the planting season begins.

He later announced an operation against loitering animals he said were giving hard time to the Kasese Municipal council leadership plans for a clean and green town. END
