Mr. Chance Kahindo, the Kasese Municipal Mayor has threatened to deal against the owners of the loitering animals that have frustrated with the plans to green Kasese Municipality.
Mr. Chance who indicated the animals were also a threat to growing trees and traffic, said it’s hard for Kasese Municipality to realize her plan of a green environment with loitering animals.
He challenged people to emulate Mbarara city and Fort portal tourism city where there is no loitering animals yet most of them are pastoralists. Mr. Chance speaking…
Addressing the press last evening at his office in Kasese town, Mr.Chance, advised the local community to love Kasese Municipality, now that they are advocating government to elevate it to a city status. END.
