Mr. Amis Masereka Asuman, the Chairperson for Bukonzo East Community, BEC, has warned the Kasese local government against discriminative recruitment of Public servants, an approach he said does not only taint the image of the district but leave out the best candidates who do not meet the selfish demands by the corrupt recruiters.
According to Mr. Amis, commercialization of public jobs has not only promote corruption but demoralized some parents whose children qualify but are unemployed over the commercialization attached to the public offices.
Addressing members of BEC during their Annual General Meeting held at Kakone Play Ground in Mahango Sub-County over the weekend, Mr. Amis who doubles as the Chief Administrative Officer for Kyenjojo district, asked the public to pinpoint out whoever is involved in what he called public job sale for BEC to intervene.
