Kasese LC Five Mr. Muhindi responds on the probe & minority report from the council

Mr. Erifaz Muhindi, the Kasese District local council five chairman has called for no blackmail of his personality and that he was ready to give his side during December 18^th council session that will close the calendar year.

His response follows some sections of the probe and the minority reports to council, the latter presented by Hon. Charles Kaliba, the Kasese District Councilor representing Karambi subcounty who to him, the Muhindi family and associates, have questions to answer about the alleged corruption in awarding public jobs. According to Mr. Muhindi, it was empty and biasing for anybody to confirm the allegation before he gives his side, adding that whoever will be implicated, will answer as person. Mr. Muhindi speaking…….

According to the Kasese Deputy Chief administrative officer, Mr. Eliab Ntarwete, the report couldn’t be discussed because it lacked fairness and the law of natural justice to those implicated.

This radio is yet to see a report with audio or formal evidence presented by the probe committee constituted by council. END
