    Kasese: Incest, defilement and teenage pregnancies attributed to lack of religious values

    The Increased cases of incest, defilement and teenage marriages in Kasese district have been attributed to lack of religious values and illiteracy, Mr. Julius Kyasuba, the LC 3 chairperson for Mahango sub-county has said.

    Mr. Kyasuba said some families with illiteracy levels are prone to incest mostly among old men, calling for mindset change among the elderly.

    He also attributed the vice to poor parenting and lack of Guidance and counceling among the community.Mr. Kyasuba on incest …

    The Chairperson inter-faith committee Kasese district, Rev. Ezra Yongeza Mukonza described men involved in incest and defilement as stunted. END.
