Kasese district have registered nineteen positive cases and one death of Corona Virus, the Kasese District Director of Health services, Dr. Yusufu Baseke has said.
Addressing a press conference at Boma ground in Kasese town this morning, Dr. Baseke who called for total observance to the technical guidelines against the virus said out of nineteen cases, four are staff from his office and the rest are community members with one death Registered from Kagando Hospital in Kasese district.

The Kasese district COVID-19 head of surveillance, Mr. Samuel Kabinga Muhindo who said that the cases were the areas of, Bwera, Kidodo, Katadoba, Saluti and Nyakasanga among others called on the community to report to the nearest health facilities should they have symptoms of any illnesses so as to be assisted medically.
