    Kasese FDC party primaries may affect party ideology.

    A section of Residents from Kasika and Kabughabugha trading centers in Kigoro one parish, Rukoki Sub County in Kasese district have observed that the recent FDC party primaries allegedly marred with irregularities will affect the party ideology.

    According to Faridah Biira 29 and Edward Kighoma among others, the irregularities reportedly failed to be solved by the FDC offices in Kasese district has forced electorates to support independent candidates in 2020 general elections, basing on their performance to the community.

    Speaking to Kasese guide radio yesterday Faridah and others hailed the incumbent Member of Parliament for Busongora County South, Hon. Jackson Mbaju Kathika for lobbying capacity of different projects into the sub-county.

    Recently, while addressing residents in Kasika village, Hon. Mbaju told his electorates about government plan of commercializing fish pond farming in the area for business opportunities.

    Hon. Jackson Mbaju Kathika lost the FDC primaries to Mr. Alozious Kighema last week.

    Meanwhile, the chairperson LC 3 for Lake Katwe and Kahokya sub-counties, Mr. Cyprus Baluku has left elective politics after failing the FDC party primaries for district councillorship.

    Addressing the press in Kasese town this afternoon, Mr. Cyprus who said still belong to FDC party, says he is going to concentrate on personal business.

    Meanwhile Mr. Erifaz Bukombi Muhindi  was yesterday nominated for district chairperson by the NRM secretariat with a call for party cohesion ahead of the NRM party primaries;   Mr. Muhindi Speaking;…….
