Mr. Ronald Kabuku, the Kasese District FDC party chairperson has warned the ruling National Resistance Movement leaders from exaggerating the Parish Development Model whose funding will be done in a phased manner and not as presented to the intending beneficiaries.

Mr. Kabuku who called for simplified application forms for rural Ugandans, calls for more interpretation of the strategy before it leaves many idle and poorer. Mr. Kabuku speaking……
Mr. Kabuku like many other leaders however cleave the program only to the one million shillings to each of the beneficiaries but little do they know about strategy’s extensive attachments, including; value addition, industrialization and an improved road network among others to simplify production and marketing of goods and services.
