Mr. Ronald Bwambale Kabuku, the Kasese District Forum for Democratic Change Chairperson, has faulted the District Probe committee that was constituted by council for a report that gives what he calls lighter recommendations and no enough evidence to fully pin those implicated.
Mr. Kabuku could not believe that whereas some members of the community reportedly gave what he called guiding green light that would lead them to evidence, the report keeps silent and did not capture some of these to unearth information related to what many have called the commercial market for civil service in Kasese.
In a press conference held at district FDC offices based in Kasese municipality this afternoon, Mr. Kabuku said now that the report partly pins Mr. Erifaz Muhindi and his close circles, the December 18th council sitting, should recommend that the district chair who heads the executive as well, steps aside to allow thorough investigations into the job sale allegations. In his brief submission to council at the district headquarters yesterday, Mr. Muhindi, called for no blackmail of his personality and that he was ready to give his side during December 18th council session. END
