Kasese district is mourning Mr. Lawrence Turuganya, the fallen chairperson for the Kasese district service commission with a call on believers in Christ to live prepared because death is unpredictable.
Speaking to Our Reporter shortly after presiding over Requiem Mass at the deceased’s home in Kyondo cell in Kasese Municipality yesterday, the Parish Priest for Ibanda catholic parish, Rev. Fr. Peter Isingoma Katuramu, described the late Turuganya as a reliable pillar that the Church will miss.
Rev. Fr. Isingoma who asked Christians to feed their lives spiritually, further described the late Mzee Turuganya, the former Ibanda parish head of laity, as a guiding tool, loving, hardworking and inspirational to all. Rev Fr. Isingoma speaking……….
Earlier before his death, Mr. Turuganya whose public service commission members had been criticized for reportedly being corrupt, warned members of the public against middle men who con them of money for public jobs that they never get.
The soft spoken Mr. Turuganya who never liked pulling ropes, asked members of the public to come to his office for consultations over civil service jobs than being fed on lies. Mr. Turuganya speaking ………
