Double efforts are required for food security or else, the future of the locals is at a threat, Mr. Emmanuel Kule Maliba, the local council three chairperson for Kitholhu subcounty in Kasese district has warned.
In an interview with Kasese Guide Radio yesterday, Mr. Maliba was scared that whereas his subcounty was a food basket for Bukonzo West constituency, laziness, alcoholism and failure to have focus for the future were some of the challenges threatening hard work.
