Kasese district has received four hundred million shillings emergency road fund to repair Roads that were affected by floods with a call for better utilization of the monies to improve services to the people.
Speaking to Kasese guide radio on phone, the Kasese district Chairperson, Mr. Geoffrey Bigogo who said the funds were from Uganda Road fund revealed that the Rugendabara-Kitswamba and Bwera-Ihandiro roads are among the few to be worked on using the same funds for purposes of improving agricultural production, improve road production and other social services in the district.
