The Kasese District chairperson, Mr. Eriphaz Muhindi calls for collaborated efforts among cultural, religious, political leaders and parents for descent dressing among the youth.
In an interview with Kasese Guide Radio shortly after a fundraising drive to solicit funds for the completion of Kasese Community Better Living Center over the weekend, Mr. Muhindi commended the youth and choir of the day for dressing in a respectful manner.
Mr. Muhindi who warned the youth against adopting what he described as undesirable Western way of dressing especially in Church, asks parents and cultural leaders to emphasize decent dressing codes partly to promote good morals among children and community members.
He warned especially young ladies against exposing their body parts in the guise of putting on styled clothes, wondering why most town dwellers cannot differentiate among dressing codes for clubbing, funeral, parties work place and Church. Mr. Muhindi speaking1………
Earlier, Mr. Muhindi warned the youth against being prey to conmen and selfish labor export companies whose acts have not only left their unsuspicious targets poor but left their lives at risk especially to the youth seeking jobs in the Arab countries. Mr. Muhindi speaking3…..
He was concerned that the youth were running for risky jobs than picking up the slots for hands on skills for self-reliance. END
