Two teachers from St. Augustine Kitabu primary school have been summoned by the Kasese district leadership over absenteeism.
The directive for disciplinary action of the two teachers follows a report to Mr. Erifaz Muhindi, the Kasese district chairperson over their suspicious attendance to duty.
Mr. Barnabas Bwambale, the school head teacher of the school who could not account for the teachers for a number of days, forced Mr. Muhindi to summon them to his office this morning to defend themselves or be punished.
Mr. Muhindi was also disappointed that none of the teaching staff had lesson plans and schemes of work, a situation he said compromises the teaching process at the school. Mr. Muhindi speaking………
