The Kasese Deputy RDC, Mr. Joshua Masereka has re-echoed government promotion of hands on skills which he said would partly address challenges of un employment.

Speaking to our reporter at his office in Kasese town, Mr. Joshua was disappointed that whereas the district is blessed with two technical institutes, more than a half of the learners were from other districts when the Kasese youth were here feeling the heat of un employment.
