Lt. Maate Magwara, the Deputy RDC in charge of Bukonzo County in Kasese district has urged communities living along the border with the Neighboring DR-Congo to exercise security viglalance.
Addressing residents of Muhumuza Nyakatonzi cattle keepers’ cooperative society at their offices in Nyakatonzi sub-county yesterday, Magwara says the porus boarders in sub-counties neighboring Queen Elizabeth National Park exposes the communities to wrong elements.
He noted that ADF is not only a threat to DR-Congo government but Uganda atlarge, therefore appealing to the local community to report unfamiliar faces to security in their different sub-counties.

Lt. Magwara called for revival of security meetings at local council one offices, which he said will strengthen neighborhood watch.
He advised cooperators to invest in Education of their children, if they are to reap from what they sow in future. Lt. Magwara two speaking….
Hon. Ham Natuhwera, the district councilor representing Nyakatonzi sub-county, warned cooperators against internal bickering and embezzlement, which he said has failed many cooperatives in Kasese Municipality.
