    Kasese Deputy RDC in charge of Busongora County to fight against low academic performance in schools

    Mr. Zephanus Mubingwa, the Kasese Deputy RDC in charge of Busongora County has directed the Karusandara subcounty to table a motion seeking council to appoint a special committee that would dig into the causes of low academic performance in schools.

    Mr. Mubingwa who called for collective efforts among the community members and parents against absenteeism, says life cannot be called normal for such a fertile and productive area of hardworking locals to groom un educated children. Mr. Mubingwa speaking……
