    Kasese community Participated in a cleanup exercise ahead of Theluji festival

    Hundreds of people in Kasese district joined the cleanup exercise in Kasese Municipality during the community Biodiversity week in preparation for the tusker lite international marathon, ahead of the Rwenzori Theluji festival.

    The cleanup exercise involved picking litter and sweeping Kasese town to maintain health and sanitation and also remind the local community about their role to keep Kasese town clean ahead of the international marathon, slated on 2nd September 2023.
