Political Leaders in Kasese District have condemned Government decision to deactivate Kilembe Mines Hospital and transfer essential medicine and medical supplies to other health facilities.
During a Joint press conference held this morning at Verina Gardens in Kasese town, the Kasese district boss, Mr.Eriphaz Muhindi Bukombi said leaders from Kasese district were shocked after receiving a letter from the office of the permanent secretary Ministry of health, Dr. Diana Atwine ordering for deactivation of Kilembe Mines and transfer of essential medicines and health supplies to other facilities.
