    The State Minister for National Guidance, Hon. Godfrey Kabyanga has re-assured the people of Busongora South that government was to fulfill her pledge to have at least a secondary school and a health three in a very subcounty to respond to the education and health challenges in the mountainous hard to teach areas.

    Addressing a political rally at Kahokya primary school yesterday, Hon. Kabyanga who asked the electorates there to vote for the candidature of Hon. Gideon Mujunju, said the yearned for secondary schools in Kahokya and Bussara respectively, as well health centers will be built soon now that he had consulted the line Ministries about the same.     The Bunyangabu Resident District Commissioner who is currently camped in Busongora South, Mr. Joshua Masereka blames the unfulfilled Presidential pledges to having unfitting opposition legislators who have limited opportunities of seeing and reminding President Museveni.

    In a separate address to the sixty defectors to his party yesterday, the Kasese district NRM Publicity Secretary, Mr. Johnson Kamalha Kalyasa said the ruling government had finalized a master plan for clean and safe water in the subcounties of Kahokya, Muhokya, Kitabu, lake Katwe, Muhokya subcounties and town council which if given the opportunity, would be follow up by Hon. Gideon Mujungu. Mr. Kamalha speaking……
