Professionalism and living to society expected standards came top of the agenda during a one day peace Journalism and sensitive reporting training organized for the media in western region.
Dr. William Tayebwa, a Senior lecturer at the Department of Journalism and Communication told the trainee that professionalism and working by the recommended ethics guides journalists against being compromised but know how deal with news sources.
Facilitating at the same training organized by Rwenzori Media Development Foundation held at House gardens in Kasese town, Dr. Tayebwa who called for objective reporting and program presentation, asked journalists make their leaders accountable to the people they serve by reminding them of their roles.
