Mr. Amos Kimerangwe, the Catchiest for St. Joseph Kanyabusogho Roman Catholic has alleged that parents and guardians may reap less from their children in future, should they fail to invest in their education.

The Chairperson local council one for Kanyabusogho Village in Kitabu sub-county, Mr. Venus Masereka concurred with Catchiest Kimerangwe, saying the locals will make a by-law to have parents arrested whose children are found loitering in trading centers.
