Dr. Eng. Silver Mugisa, Director of the National Water and Sewerage Corporation Uganda, has urged the Uganda Episcopal Conference to consider introducing finance management and human resource course units in major seminaries.
Speaking shortly after presiding over a fundraising dinner at the Bishop’s residence last evening on the third day of the official visit of Bishops from the Mbarara Ecclesiastical Province in Diocese of Kasese, Eng. Silver expressed concern over financial sustainability in seminaries.
