About 70% of criminal cases reported in Rwenzori region are sexual gender based violence, the Resident Judge Fort portal Circuit, Hon. Justice Emmy Vincent Mugabo has said.
He said the crime rate of Sexual Gender Based Violence started during Lockdown when people stayed at their homes and ended up being abused.
