Private school illegal operators in Kasese Municipality will be arrested, Mr. Theophilus Thibihika, the town clerk has said.
Mr. Thibihika told a private school proprietors and head teachers’ meeting at Kasese primary school yesterday that any school without a license means illegal operations.
Whereas Mr. Mr. Thibihika insists he was to allow only schools with licenses as provided by the law he implements, his office can issue temporary operational permits to schools that meet the required minimum standard with delayed licensing processes.
