Mr. Ntarweta Eriab the Deputy Chief Administrative officer Kasese district has asked the internally displaced people encamped in various camps across the district to plan returning to their homes.
He called for needs assessment by the district disaster committee to find out whether people staying in the camps completely lost their properties and those whose part of land was not affected should leave the camp.
