The director for the voiceless and debt mediation, Mr. Joseph Mulex has encouraged members of the community to empress will writing as means to minimize family conflicts when they pass on.
Mr. Joseph who was mediating a family conflict over the deceased’s property frictions in Kyalhumba yesterday said, failure to make wills leave many decisions made based on imaginations by family members.
He said whereas wills can be revised, legal guidance should be sought of over issues that were not covered by the testament documented by the deceased. Mr. Joseph speaking………
