Mr. Christopher Kabagambe, the Kasese municipality senior health inspector has urged hotel operators in the Municipality to promote the required sanitation and professional standards to attract business.
In an interview with Kasese Guide Radio yesterday, Mr. Kabagambe asked hotel proprietors to be steady first on smartness, cleanliness, customer care, transparency, faithfulness and generally professionalism if they were to attract clients and keep in business as expected.

Mr. Kabagambe later revealed that about fifteen hotels of more than 60 business premises in Kasese municipality had already been notified about the need to facelift their premises by August this year ahead of the Thelujji Festivals, or else, they will be forced to close business.

In a separate interview, Mr. Wilson Mr. Musungu, a hotel owner in Kasese Municipality asked his counterparts in the hotel industry to have literature about culture, nature and the living conditions of the locals among others to equip their clients with the necessary knowledge.
