    Hospitality industry to cooperate with learning institutions

    Learning institutions are a strong bases that Hotel owners must lean to for the good of their institutions, Mrs. Aukji Smet, a PUM organization volunteer from Netherlands has said.

    In an interview shortly after a training on customer care, management and languages at Liberty collage of Management and journalism main hall yesterday(06th.September.2022), Mrs. Aukji Smet said the hospitality industry has emphasized so much on skilled employees who are not easy to source, the reason her organization was investing much on trainings.

    She asked the hospitality industry administrators to have good relationship with the learning institutions for purposes of providing skills and guiding them on how best they can produce the required quality of graduates. Mrs. Uakji Smet speaking…….

    Mr. Daniel Ngangasi, the managing director for Liberty college of Journalism and Management said the meeting and training were a platform to share ideas that could fill gaps in the training of the hospitality students from his college. Mr. Ngangasi speaking….

    One of the participants, Mr. Samson Tukachungura, the Manager for Sandton in Kasese said collaboration between the hospitality training intuitions and the industry was key in getting quality employees and able employers. END
