The former Kasese district woman Member of Parliament, Hon. Winfred Bihande Kiiza has re-echoed the call for massive tree planting on bare hilly areas to protect nature and property.
At a press conference shortly after launching renewed plans for tree planting at Rwenzururu Royal tank hill in Kasese organized by Creation Africa Forum yesterday, Hon. Winfred calls on the Banya-Rwenzururu to make use of the Kingdom anthem that partly asks the Kingdom subjects to plant trees for purposes of conserving nature for future use.

The Executive Director for Creation Africa Forum, Mr. Johnkenson Muhindo asked students from the eleven schools under the project in the Rwenzori sub region, to impress tree planting, peace promotion, debate and respect for elders if they were to grow into responsible leaders in future.
