The Kasese district Woman Member of Parliament, Hon. Winfred Bihande Kiiza has rubished reports that her this week`s announcement to quit elective politics was forced by the conflicts in the FDC party that also gave her the opportunity to serve as the Leader of Opposition in Parliament.

Speaking to Kasese Guide at her office in Kasese yesterday(16 July 2020) afternoon, Hon. Kiiza who said she would still retire at the end of this 10th parliament with or without FDC revealed that she had tipped her key campaign managers in 2016, some of whom couldn’t believe looking at the behavior of the politicians who never live by their words.

    Hon. Kiiza speaking1……..

Hon. Winfred who is a also a former Kasese district Secretary for Finance, planning and Administration in the Bihande administration watered down the theories advanced by some political analysist, adding that she doesn’t have to be forced out of politics but promote a culture to willingly languish political power. Hon. Kiiza speaking 2…..

She regrets that after serving all this long, President Museveni who got to State house while the Legislator was in Primary Six seems to have no plans to leave the Presidential seat. END
