Hon. Gideon Thembo Mujungu, the Busongora County South Member of Parliament is wanted over failure to clear court bills that accrued from a Court of Appeal petition last year.
Last year, Hon. Jackson Mbaju Kathika, the area former Legislator appealed to the Court of Appeal against the ruling of the High Court at Fort-Portal City whose decision favored Hon. Mujungu, the defendant in an electoral petition accruing from the 2021 parliamentary elections.
According to Hon. Kathika, the warrant of arrest issued by the Court of Appeal is in response to Hon. Mujungu’s failure to do his expected legal obligation. Hon. Kathika speaking1………
