The Member of Parliament for Busongora County south in Kasese district, Hon. Jackson Mbaju Kathika has attributed the delayed acquisition of land tittles in Karusandara sub-county to what he called a failed consensus among his electorates over whether to acquire land leases or free hold tittles.
