The Former Minister of state for Security and Veterans in Uganda, Hon. Christopher Kibanzanga is expected to receive a delegation from European Union, United Nations and African Union to start peace talks in Eastern DRC and Rwenzori Region using Non-Combatant.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio at his country home in Nyamirangara village in Muhokya sub-county yesterday, Kibanzanga said the head of state has already commissioned the delegation to start peace talks soon aimed at restoring stability in Congo and Rwenzori region at large.
