The Shadow minister of Public Service in Uganda, Hon. Godfrey Katusabe Atkins has called for creation of an environment by the ruling NRM political party that will allow the Opposition political side to promote alternative policies to cause equal political treatment in Uganda.
Addressing various stakeholders at Trans-Africa hotel in Kasese town at the official handover of an ambulance donated by Hon. Florence Kabugho over the weekend, the Kasese district Woman MP, Hon. Katusabe said that government ought to know that development in Uganda is as a joint efforts of the ruling and opposition parties that both ought to be given freedom to think and deliver to their country.
