The State Minister for ICT and National Guidance, Hon. Godfrey Kabbyanga has described as murderous for anybody who steals road signs and furniture, the move he said fuels accidents of many roads in Uganda.
In an interview with Kasese guide radio at Uhuru 50 Hotel in Kasese, Hon. Kabyanga who called for more consciousness by scrap dealers against trading in road signposts, said roads signs and furniture are placed to guide road users for their safety.
