The State Minister for National Guidance, Hon. Godfrey Kabbyanga has re-echoed Government’s commitment to closely associate with ADF ruminants who are ready to surrender.
While at Executive Inn hotel in Kasese Municipality this afternoon, Hon. Kabbyanga told our reporter that the government of Uganda under President Museveni was ready to forgive unconditionally and work closely with reformed Ugandans who are ready to denounce rebellion.
He asked ADF operatives to use the warm hands of the UPDF and Uganda Amnesty Commission to surrender and reunite with their families back home. Hon. Kabbyanga speaking1………
Hon. Kabyanga later said that for President Museveni to appoint Hon. Kibanzanga as the Mission Coordinator for the Presidential Initiative on Peace, Security and Development in the Rwenzori region, was mainly to harmonize and initiate peaceful talks for the surrender largely of the Allied Democratic Forces operators across the Uganda-DR Congo border.
