The State Minister for ICT and National Guidance Hon. Godfrey Baluku Kabbyanga, has stressed the importance of Women’s League in Monitoring and Overseeing Government programs particularly, the Parish Development Model, UWEP and Grow.
The revelation was made yesterday while addressing Bukonzo County West Women’s League held at Bwera Secondary school in Mpondwe-Lhubiriha town council, where he emphasized the significance of grassroots responsibility.
Kabbyanga stated that women’s league leaders are elected to serve the peoples interests and monitor the correct use of government monies.
