Hon. Godfrey Kabyanga, the State Minister for National Guidance has called for an audit into parenting plans, lack of which have negatively affected moral behavior among children.
In an interview with Kasese Guide Radio over the weekend, Hon. Kabyanga blames the deteriorating morals among children to poor parenting and communication gaps caused by busy schedules by parents and guardians.
Hon. Kabyanga who also blamed mainly mothers for not acting exemplary before their children, said many young people were lacking in behavior for being left to shamba boys and housemaids who have almost nothing to offer.
He was also concerned about what a morally distorted mother and ever drunk absentee father can offer to a child whose mindset need to be shaped into the right direction. Hon. Kabyanga speaking1………
The former Kasese Municipal Mayor later asked parents and guardians to educate their children and bring them up within circles of the Church or else they will turn into community liabilities.
