State Minister for National Guidance, Hon. Godfrey Kabyanga has called for a revision in plan by the district councilors intending to censure Mr. Eriphaz Muhindi, the district local council five chairperson for peace.
In his media reports shortly after addressing district NRM Councilors at Shiloh gardens in Kasese Municipality, Hon. Kabyanga who called for calmness by the political representatives said censuring the district chairman is costly and time consuming because it requires a lot of legality.
Hon. Kabyanga said whereas he is not shielding Mr. Muhindi in anyway, the councilors ought to know that like them, the district chairman had weaknesses that can be discussed and ironed out amicably.

Picking from his experience, Hon. Kabyanga who said he had met most councilors about the matter, described as malice and criminal for any councilor to forge some signatures to meet the required quorum to censure Mr. Muhindi.
While the Kasese Municipal Mayor then, a letter with a forged signature went viral suggesting that Hon. Kabyanga had requested President Museveni against releasing the Rwenzururu King, His Majesty Charles Wesley Mumbere. Hon. Kabyanga speaking2………
Some circles within the politics of Kasese district had earlier last week indicated that what was making news on social media platforms was mere diversionary political propaganda but a well-researched censure motion was exchanging hands behind scenes among councilors. END.
