The Member of Parliament for Bukonzo West Count, Hon. Godfrey Katusabe has clarified his call to the office of RDC-Kasese to clearly account for the relief food donated by the MPs from Kasese for the good of the affected local population now in the lock down over COVID-19.
Speaking to Kasese guide radio at the Kasese District head quarters in Rukoki yesterday, Hon. Godfrey Katusabe Atkins wasn’t about the pinning the office of the RDC but for the President`s representative to account for the food he says was intending to aid his people suffering under the lock down. In a separate interview over the matter, the Kasese Deputy RDC, Mr. Joshua Masereka reminded the Legislator that Kayanja landing site and Katholhu trading center where more than five hundred people receive food are part of Bukonzo West represented in Parliament by Hon. Katusabe to know that the people in Kiraro displacement camp like other places had received donations beyond the MPs contributions, saying that his office alone had delivered four tones of cassava flour and two of beans to those people in need in Kitholhu subcounty.
