The FDC Electoral Chairperson for Bukonzo west constituency in Kasese district Mr. Joseph Mwanje has officially declared Bukonzo west MP Hon. Godfrey Katusabe Atkins as the FDC flag bearer for the constituency after beating Hon. Benon Muhindo Zaake in a landslide Victory.
Mr. Mwanje said Hon. Katusabe got 645 votes as Mr. Benon Muhindo Zaake gets 32 votes.
Mr. Mwanje also declared Mr. Selevest Mapoze as the flag bearer for LC 3 Mpondwe Lhubiriha town council after defeating Mr. Edson Bumenze and Mr. David Syoke.
In the same polls, Hon. Majidu Ntumeli Ayubu defeated Hon. Fauza Mbuluta and Mr.Yohazi Kabene for Kasese district councilor representing Mpondwe Lhubiriha town council as Ms Lillian Masika also beats Hon.
