Kasese District woman Member of Parliament, Hon. Florence Kabugho has asked married men being battered by their wives to open up about their predicaments than dying silently and making regrettable decisions that land them in trouble.
She also asked men to be conscious of the types of businesses they establish for their wives but also appreciate that women have to support their families’ living conditions.
Addressing mourners in Kyasenda village in Karambi subcounty, in Kasese district over the weekend, Hon. Florence Kabugho was concerned about the recent deadly attacks on women by their husbands in Kasese district, asking men to look of alternative interventions to deal with with domestic challenges than being thirsty for human blood.
