The Kasese district Woman Member of Parliament, Hon. Florence Kabugho asked Government for deliberate plans that would see former detainees, orphans and widows rehabilitated.
She proposes that the programs should officer socio-Psyco and financial support to the former suspects, widows and orphans of the Kingdom subjects killed during the 2016 raid on the Palace.
