By Kyamanduma Patrick,
The Kasese Municipality Member of parliament, Hon. Ferigo Kambale has called off the Peaceful Demonstration he intended to lead against the government plan to withdraw her medical personnel from Kilembe Mines hospital based in Kasese Municipality.
In a community meeting on Tuesday last week, Hon. Ferigo told about 2000 people, most of them local community members from the greater Kilembe that he was disappointed with the government move, vowing to lead them into a peaceful demonstration that he later wrote to the Inspector General of Police about.
In a Whatsup voice note to Kasese Guide Radio last evening, Hon. Ferigo alleged that the suspension of the demonstration tomorrow December 1st , follows the reported halt by government to withdraw medical personnel from Kilembe Mines Hospital.

His withdraw comes days after his predecessor, Hon. Robert Centenary described the peaceful demonstration led by Hon. Ferigo as wishful thinking. Hon. Centenary however said his successor, Hon. Ferigo would instead leave the community to demonstrate and delivers their petition to different arms of government for a solution.
He later used the same voice note to reveal that Kasese Municipality would receive an ambulance from the Government of Uganda. END.
